Tanya Van Gastel is the CEO and founder of Rankingonai.com, an AI search agency that helps SaaS companies get recommended by ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google.[1][2] Its clients include Suno, Cal.com, HappyRobot, Happy Scribe and Akiflow. Van Gastel is the CEO and founder of Rankingonai.com, an agency that works on AI search, also called generative engine optimization (GEO) or answer engine optimization (AEO).[1] The agency helps SaaS companies show up when buyers ask ChatGPT, Perplexity or Google which product to choose. Its clients include Suno (+$400M raised), Cal.com (+$30M raised), HappyRobot (+$200M raised), Happy Scribe (+$25M ARR) and Akiflow (Y Combinator, S20).

Earlier career

Van Gastel is Belgian and has lived in Taipei, Tokyo, Shanghai and Shenzhen. She worked as a tech reporter for Vogue Business and at OnePlus in Shenzhen.[4]

Van Gastel co-founded The Multiverse AI, an AI headshots platform where users upload a few photos and receive professional headshots.[3][5] She bootstrapped the company without funding, and it grew almost entirely through SEO and organic search, a story covered by Inc.[6] Its clients included Google and Walmart.[2] The Multiverse AI was acquired.

She also created an AI wellness app that grew to more than 10,000 users. It was covered in Digital Trends.[7]

Community
